Now you have the chance to be part of the exciting journey as we start up the new electrolytic plant at Rönnskär. We are looking for process operators who want to help build a technically advanced operation where teamwork, responsibility, and quality are in focus. Do you want to help refine our metals to the highest possible purity while being part of a world-class team? Then this could be the right role for you!

Your role:

As a process operator, you will ensure that production runs efficiently and safely. You will plan, control, and monitor processes and equipment within your work area to achieve the best possible results. The role also involves responsibility for following up on production and quality through reporting, rounds, and scheduled checks. You will identify and report deviations and deficiencies in the facility, as well as initiate and perform simple maintenance tasks as needed. The work is done in close collaboration with both your own team and other departments and support functions. You actively contribute to a safe and pleasant work environment - where order, safety, and responsibility are a natural part of daily work.

During the start-up of the electrolytic plant, you will be involved in developing routines, working methods, testing equipment, and processes. Together, we will build a safe and sustainable production from the start.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a process operator – You have worked as a process operator or in a similar role.
• Good communication skills – You express yourself clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Good IT skills – You are comfortable with digital tools.
• Driver's license B
• A sense of responsibility and safety awareness – You take responsibility for your work and have a strong focus on safety in all aspects.
• Good teamwork skills – You thrive in a team, are attentive to others' needs, and contribute to a positive work climate.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused – You work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail, and actively seek solutions to emerging challenges.
